`#phy-cells`	`int`	Number of cells in a PHY provider. The meaning those cells is defined by the binding for the phy node. This property is required.

Properties inherited from the base binding file, which defines common properties that may be set on many nodes. Not all of these may apply to the “st,stm32-usbphyc” compatible.
