Enable the sys_reboot() API. Enabling this can drag in other subsystems
needed to perform a "safe" reboot (e.g. SYSTEM_CLOCK_DISABLE, to stop the
system clock before issuing a reset).

Defaults

No defaults. Implicitly defaults to n.
