Read data directly from the display controller's internal RAM.

Parameters
devPointer to device structure
ram_typeType of RAM to read from
xCoordinate relative to the upper left corner
yCoordinate relative to the upper left corner
descStructure describing the buffer layout
bufOutput buffer
Return values
0on success, negative errno on failure.
