Vendor: NXP Semiconductors

Note

An implementation of a driver matching this compatible is available in drivers/regulator/regulator_nxp_vrefv1.c.

Description

NXP VREF SOC peripheral

Properties

Properties not inherited from the base binding file.

Name

Type

Details

bandgap-startup-time-us

int

Maximum bandgap startup time as specified in the appropriate device
data sheet, in microseconds.

This property is required.

buffer-startup-delay-us

int

Buffer startup delay as specified in the appropriate device data sheet,
in microseconds.

This property is required.

chop-oscillator-en

boolean

Enables the chop oscillator. When set, the internal chopping operation
is enabled and the internal analog offset is minimized. When using the
internal voltage regulator, you must also enable the chop oscillator.
If the chop oscillator is to be used in very low power modes, the system
(bandgap) voltage reference must also be enabled.

current-compensation-en

boolean

Enable second-order curvature compensation.
This must be enabled to achieve the performance stated in the datasheet.
However, the reset value of the peripheral has it disabled.

internal-voltage-regulator-en

boolean

Enables the internal 1.75V regulator to produce a constant internal voltage
supply to reduce the sensitivity to external supply noise and variation.

regulator-init-microvolt

int

Voltage set during initialisation

regulator-min-microvolt

int

smallest voltage consumers may set

regulator-max-microvolt

int

largest voltage consumers may set

regulator-initial-mode

int

Initial operating mode. The set of possible operating modes depends on the
capabilities of every hardware so each device binding documentation
explains which values the regulator supports.

regulator-allowed-modes

array

List of operating modes that software is allowed to configure for the
regulator at run-time. Elements may be specified in any order. The set of
possible operating modes depends on the capabilities of every hardware so
each device binding document explains which values the regulator supports.
